Seems to me that I remember a cartoon program from my childhood with that recurrent line. Huckleberry Hound, or some such nonsense.

 

I guess that applies to ebay as well.

Great vintage piece. Condition is excellent. There are some bubbles. Please ask any questions and look at the pictures. "   Interesting camera angle. Seemed innocent enough, until I looked at the rest of the photos; HUH?   I guess it's one of those 9.8 condition offerings, (except for the "minor" this 'n that). But then I spotted the name of the seller; steviewonder2002     It's a joke son. At least I sure hope it is!
